The Settings page holds every preference, organized into these areas:
Personal
- Token usage heatmap: day-by-day model consumption to gauge task intensity and cost;
- Data management: export / import data, iCloud sync, and storage usage.
LLM providers
Configure provider API keys, default models, and context windows — see Model providers (BYOK).
System
- Network proxy: direct / follow system / manual;
- Logs: view and clean local logs (configurable retention in days);
- Launch at login: start automatically when you sign in to macOS;
- Minimize to tray: closing the window minimizes to the menu bar instead of quitting — pairs with scheduled tasks to keep triggers alive.
Appearance
- Theme: light / dark;
- Interface language: English / 简体中文, switchable anytime.

View the shortcuts in effect (view-only for now; customization isn't supported yet):

Archived conversations
Inactive tasks can be archived to reduce clutter; the "Archived conversations" panel lets you review or restore them anytime — history is never lost by archiving.
Tip: everything you change in Settings is saved instantly to
~/.vibespace/setting.jsonon this machine — there is no save button to hunt for.
