Settings & Personalization

Last updated · 2026-09-05

The Settings page holds every preference, organized into these areas:

Personal

  • Token usage heatmap: day-by-day model consumption to gauge task intensity and cost;
  • Data management: export / import data, iCloud sync, and storage usage.

LLM providers

Configure provider API keys, default models, and context windows — see Model providers (BYOK).

System

  • Network proxy: direct / follow system / manual;
  • Logs: view and clean local logs (configurable retention in days);
  • Launch at login: start automatically when you sign in to macOS;
  • Minimize to tray: closing the window minimizes to the menu bar instead of quitting — pairs with scheduled tasks to keep triggers alive.

Appearance

  • Theme: light / dark;
  • Interface language: English / 简体中文, switchable anytime.

Shortcuts

View the shortcuts in effect (view-only for now; customization isn't supported yet):

Modules

Manage installed .vpack modules (import, disable, roll back, uninstall) — see Modules & .vpack.

Archived conversations

Inactive tasks can be archived to reduce clutter; the "Archived conversations" panel lets you review or restore them anytime — history is never lost by archiving.

Tip: everything you change in Settings is saved instantly to ~/.vibespace/setting.json on this machine — there is no save button to hunt for.
