Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the VibeSpace website and, where made available, the VibeSpace desktop software.

1. Agreement

By accessing this website, signing in, downloading, or using VibeSpace, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Optional website account

A website account is optional. You are responsible for keeping control of the Google account you use to sign in and for notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

3. Software and availability

VibeSpace may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued as the product develops. Features described on the website may change before release or vary by version. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

4. Your API keys and third-party services

VibeSpace may let you use API keys from model providers you choose. You are responsible for your relationship with those providers, their charges, their terms, and the content you submit to them. Do not provide keys or credentials you are not authorized to use.

5. AI-assisted work

AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure, or unsuitable for your purpose. You must review all generated code, commands, files, and other output before relying on it or deploying it. You remain responsible for approvals, backups, testing, and decisions made from the output.

6. Acceptable use

  • Use VibeSpace only in compliance with applicable law and third-party rights.
  • Do not use the service to harm others, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, or interfere with the service.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass security protections except where applicable law expressly permits it.

7. Intellectual property

VibeSpace and its associated branding, website, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you, VibeSpace retains all rights. You retain rights in content you provide, subject to the rights needed to operate the service and the terms of any third-party providers you use.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The website and software are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that they will be error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeSpace Team is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after the update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. Questions about these Terms can be sent to xwtaidev@gmail.com.
