Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2, 2026

This policy explains how the VibeSpace website handles personal information. It applies to this website and its optional web sign-in, not to the local data created by the VibeSpace desktop app.

1. Who we are

VibeSpace Team operates this website. For privacy questions or requests, email xwtaidev@gmail.com.

2. Information we handle

  • Account information: when you choose Google sign-in, we receive the account information Google and our authentication provider make available to us, such as your email address, display name, avatar URL, and account identifier.
  • Session information: our authentication provider stores the information needed to keep you signed in in your browser and its authentication service.
  • Technical information: our hosting and delivery providers may process information such as IP address, browser and device details, and security logs necessary to deliver and protect the website.
  • Messages you send us: if you contact us, we process the information in your message and your contact details so we can respond.

3. Why we use it

  • To provide and secure optional website sign-in.
  • To operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the website.
  • To answer support, privacy, and account requests.

4. Service providers and third parties

We use Google when you voluntarily choose Google sign-in, Supabase to provide authentication and session services, and Cloudflare or other configured hosting and delivery providers to serve this website. These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own terms and privacy notices. Their processing locations may be outside your country or region.

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. This website does not currently include advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs.

5. Website data and desktop-app data are different

The VibeSpace desktop app is designed to keep its workspace data and configured API keys on your Mac. When the desktop app sends a model request, it communicates directly with the provider you configure. An optional website account does not give VibeSpace access to your local workspace, files, prompts, or API keys.

6. Retention and security

We keep account and support information only for as long as needed to provide the relevant website function, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect the service. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and requests

You may sign out at any time. To request access, correction, deletion of your website account data, or to ask a privacy question, email xwtaidev@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when the website or its data practices change. We will post the revised version here and update the date above.
